Refund Policy

At ANNACHALAK Service Pvt Ltd, we prioritize transparency in our professional driver-on-rent services. This 13-section Refund Policy outlines the specific conditions under which refunds are processed to ensure a fair experience for our clients in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and South India.

1. General Eligibility

Refunds are considered only for bookings made directly through our official website or verified WhatsApp channel. Third-party arrangements are not covered under this policy.

2. Cancellation by Client (Pre-Service)

If a booking is cancelled by the client more than 4 hours before the scheduled start time, a full refund will be processed minus a nominal processing fee of ₹100.

3. Late Cancellation (Within 4 Hours)

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the minimum booking amount (2 hours of service).

4. Driver No-Show

In the rare event that a driver fails to arrive at the designated location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the client is entitled to a 100% refund of any advance paid.

5. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with the driver's professional conduct, you must report the issue within 2 hours of the service start. Our executive team will investigate and may offer a partial refund or service credit.

6. Vehicle Breakdown

Since ANNACHALAK does not provide the vehicle, refunds are not issued if the service is interrupted due to a mechanical failure of the client's car.

7. Outstation Trip Refunds

For multi-day outstation trips, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations on the day of travel will incur a one-day service charge.

8. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card).

9. Force Majeure Events

Refunds will not be issued for service delays or cancellations caused by extreme weather, government-imposed lockdowns, or civil unrest.

10. Modification of Bookings

Modifying a booking (changing time or date) is free if done 6 hours in advance. Last-minute modifications may be treated as cancellations.

11. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments, a 100% refund of the duplicate amount will be processed immediately upon verification.

12. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Service fees are non-refundable once the driver has completed the assigned trip and the client has signed off on the duty slip.
